This Privacy Policy applies to the Android game (here in after referred to as the "Game") developed by Singular Programmer. The Game is provided at no cost and is intended for use "as is".

1. Data Collection and Use

To provide a better gaming experience, cloud synchronization, and competitive features, the Game collects and processes certain information when you use specific features:

  • Authentication and Profile Data: If you choose to log in (e.g., via Google Sign-In) to use online features, we collect your authentication ID, email address, and display name to create, verify, and manage your in-game profile.
  • Cloud Saves and Game Progress: Your game progress, match statistics, unlocked content, and leaderboard scores are securely saved to our cloud servers (via Firebase/Google Cloud) to ensure you do not lose your progress and can restore it across multiple devices.
  • Anonymous Play: If you choose to play anonymously without authenticating, your game data is stored locally on your device, and no personal authentication data is collected on our servers.

2. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The Game utilizes Google AdMob as a third-party advertising service provider. AdMob may collect and use certain information to provide customized advertisements and analyze ad performance.

The information collected by Google AdMob may include:

  • Device information (such as device model and operating system version).
  • IP address.
  • Advertising ID.

Users are advised to review the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for detailed information on how Google processes this data. You can manage your advertising preferences or opt out of personalized ads through your Android device settings.

3. Data Retention and Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the 'Edit Profile / Delete Account' menu within the app. If you have uninstalled the app from your device and wish to have your account deleted, you can submit an account deletion request using the button provided below.

Data Deletion Timeline and Types: Upon receiving an account deletion request, all personal data associated with your account including your Authentication ID, Email Address, Display Name, Cloud Saves, and Game Progress will be completely and permanently deleted from our active servers. This deletion process is fully finalized within 30 days of the initial request. We do not retain any residual personal data or information for legal, administrative, or any other purposes after this 30-day period.

4. Children's Privacy

The Game does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete such data from our servers.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. You are advised to review this page for any changes. Any modifications become effective immediately upon being published on this page.
